Opinions needed on whether an '05 Tiger can be lowered by fitting a shorter rear shock combined with raising fork legs in triple clamp?

Judging by the number of solutions presented, I guess I might retire on the proceeds if I develop a solution.

I think you can buy something that bolts onto the bottom of the shock and allows the back to be raised/lowered. I cannot remember the name/manufacturer, but I am sure ther was an adjuster available aftermarket. dropping the front is no problem, on its own it will quicken the steering and in combination with mods to the rear drop the ride height.

I'll be in the background until if you perfect it, then I'll give it a go.
I did ask my dealer and he said my 05 was as low as it'll go.
So aftermarket item it would have to be.

one option could be to change the rear suspension unit. Wilbers claim they can on certain bikes customise their shocks to lower by up to 2"
