You lot have been busy while I've been away, 2 pages to catch up on.
Tiger and the Legend went very well. no mishaps. the weather was a bit disappointing with lots of cloud over the Alps and Dolomites so photos not so good. we will just have to go back again! Susie is now the switchback hairpin champ with 5 high Alp and 6 Dolomite passes under her belt. I saw a few Tigers but didn't have a chance to talk to any owners. loads of interest from B*W GS owners looking to change after the German mag MO put the Tiger just second to the new 1200 and well in front of the KTM, Capo, Vald and Strom.

my new screen mod worked very well and the Starcom1's worked a treat after a few bugs got sorted.

Robbie,

Glad you made all made it back incident free. Saw the photo's, i recognised several of the sites, especially the Mosel valley pic's. That is a great road down the valley...or did you ride up from Luxembourg? Was that the bridge at Bernkastel Keus ??, what a great town to stop at!

Tell Freddy that German lager does nothing for his photogenic appeal!!

Hope all is well mate

I resemble that remark :-D

The bridge was at Traben Trabach just a few minutes down the river from Berkastel Kues.

My wife and I split fro Robbie and Susie in the second week and headed sedately back north and Stopped in Berkastel for a couple of nights on the way whilst Robbie and Suzie continued South to the Alps.

Had a brilliant time, just need to get my piccys uploaded now. Got a great pic of Robbie doing the W%$KIN@ Dog (Some sort of Biker Dance :???: )

Freddy,

Looks like you had a brilliant trip, I recognise a lot of the roads from my trip earlier this year. The Biker Loft Hotel in Oudenburg is mad isn't it? Had a great time on the Flanders Raid a couple of years ago. Ivan and his wife were good hosts that's for sure :-D
