The beast is one year old next week.
Have put 13,000 miles on her.
12,000 mile service tomorrow, and will be putting on my third rear tire and second front. Think I will try Tourances this time.
Bike has served me very well this past year. Tremendous fun to ride and a phenomenal all-rounder. Hopefully this time next year I will be over 25,000.
I'm off to South Africa for two weeks on Thursday. A friend has arranged a Dakar for me- we will be doing a two day ride heading inland from the east coast. This will give me a good opportunity to compare the Tiger and BMW.
I'll be thinking of y'all as I pound the African dirt :-D
