Have just come back from a test ride on my 01 tiger after having a Gold valve Emulator kit put in [race tech ] . I must say it has made a good difference to the front end well worth a try , I do ride thing pretty hard , now I'm waiting for a price on a new ohlins rear shocky

I have both the gold valves and an Ohlins rear damper. I akso put in Wurth fork springs and thicker than standard synthetic fork oil. In my opinion, the bike is transformed.

I am interetsed to know if you plan to fine tune the gold valves. Getting them out to adjust is serious work!

no plans in the short term to touch the forks the difference so far is good , now I need the rear end to match the front end , still having trouble finding the right code for a ohlins shock for a 01 955 tiger , have one code looking to see if there are more I want the best

Have had the Gold Valve for about 8k miles with Wurth springs and some 10/15 weight oil mixture. As Timtiger said, transformed completely. I went with the Works Performance shock and have to say, it is top notch as well. It is also adjustable for length if you have ideas of lowering.
