From reading this site it looks like Tigers sold in England only had one headlight lit for low beam. Which light was on, the left or the right?
I'm thinking of putting in a switch to be able to turn off one of my lights to gain 55 watts for other goodies.

AVM,

It's much simpler than that! Simply open the left hand side of the front fairing by removing the black plastic panel which holds the indicator. Then remove the top and bottom relays and Presto! - one light for dipped, the other for full.

You may then find the lighting so poor that you put them back in as so many of us in the UK have had to.

Thanks Phil.
That's why I want to throw a switch in there. Cut one light when I'm running all the goodies and be able to swith it back on when I want.
I'm thinking that I'll switch the left light.

Even simpler than that - pull (from memory) fuse 1 out of the fusebox - job done!

Even easier to put back when you discover how much you miss the second lamp!
