Just a thought - and if Anakees let go in the wet, and you want the semi off road style try the Avon Distanzias I've had since I got the bike, very reassuring.
6k on them since I got the bike, and they were on a year before I got it. Mileage could be anywhere from 6001 upwards I suppose.
Anyway, will be watching to see you get a +ve result with mototyres.
