Engine swap

I've got a question that's been rolling through my head for a few days now. I own 99 tiger 885. Was wanting to know if I can swap a s3 1050 or a sprint 955i into my current frame without an ungodly amount of mods necessary.

I work for a bike salvage and service. Both of these units are currently available to me. Reason for swap if you're curious is for more highway friendly driving, more power, and the six speed gearbox.

Thanks ahead of time for any and all help.

Is the 885 carbs or injection?
