Hi,

Could I trouble someone to snap and post a couple digital pictures of the mounting hardware for the side panniers for a 2001+ tiger?

I'm trying to buy such hardware and one of the "breakers" sent me some pictures of potentially the right parts...but neither of us is 100% sure. I'd prefer to match up the photos I have with some of the real hardware on an actual bike if possible.

I'll post other places too and post again if/when someone provides pics so people all over the world aren't going out of their way later than necessary.

TIA!

Just went and had a look at all the pics at the link. Really excellent; I appreciate the shots from below and all. Also didn't realize that they require those extra peices that mount near the rear footpegs. Also didn't think about that when I do get a sperate set, it'll be yet one more set of keys. I've got all seperate ignition, top box, side box (into the box itself) and then there will be keys for the side box mounts. Good God!

Anyhow, excellent pics. Thanks again! Really appreciated!!

PS - by the way, the parts I've found look right, but they want $240 + I need to ship them from UK to USA. And, that's for a set that looks like it was in a fire. Worse, the local dealer wants $448 new. Do you guys have a crackpipe icon? Here, let me borrow this icon from advrider.com:

Bill...

There is also a brace that runs inside the rear fender, just behind and below the licence plate, that supports the two rubber bumbers...

Maybe you can talk to your dealer about getting a common key set from triumph so that you're not using three keys...

Good Luck with it...
