I assume your tiger is used. Sqeeling brakes may be due to a number of reasons including dirt in the calipers and contaminated pads. Ae you aware if anyone has cleaned the bike with kerosine or degreaser?
They may be reserected by removing them and soaking in proper brake cleaner ONLY (sold in spray cans) - use no other solvent.
MY philosophy is that brakes are the most important part of any bike and they save you life every time you use them. I would have the system checked by a good mechanic, have the calipers cleaned with brake cleaner and just replace the pads. I use Carbon Lorraine (Carbon syntec). I have recently heard that the best are Nissin Semi-metallic (apparently ask for the blue ones) I haven't tried them but they are said to be awsome.
