Just got my 2001 Roulette Green Tiger. I saw it on Ebay, pressed the Buy it Now button, flew to Baton Rouge and rode it home. Love it, except for the seat. I ordered the replacement Triumph gel seat when I got home to Oklahoma. Big grins here.

DrT,

Welcome to our world. Glad you like your new Tiger, beware they are addictive but always a lot of fun.

Just back yesterday from a 2,300 mile, 7 day thrash around West Germany and Eastern France. Up in the mountains, and down the river valley roads. What a good time was had by all!. Big Stripey was faultless, and never missed a beat. Just the best laugh i have had in ages, despite some crappy weather to start with.

You will not regret your purchase i'm sure.

Ask Mick or Shawn for a members photo album when you can and let's have a look at your 'Green Meanie' ok?

Cheers

Welcome...

You'll end up spending a lot of time on the Tigger... It has replaced all of my other bikes...

I may be the Will Rogers of motorcycles. I never met one I didn't like. But I've got to admit, the Tiger has become the one I ride preferentially when I don't have some particular reason to ride one of the others--and believe me, that's quite an admission for an old Bonneville fan. So congratulations, DrT, and enjoy your new friend.

If you see someone riding through Oklahoma in early June on a black Tiger, looking insufferably happy, be sure to wave. I'll keep an eye out for a glimpse of roulette green.

Dr. T. I too bought my 2002 Tiger off e-bay. My tiger ended a few days before the one you bought. I flew to Atlanta, GA and rode mine home. 570 miles and boy my bum was sore. How far did you ride ? Let me know how you like the gel seat.
