Seriously, no joke.

Mate bought a Sprint ST 955 and me the Tiger and we haven't been for a run together since.

Plan is a quick trip down to Moffat, bacon roll, across to Selkirk maybe and back towards Edinburgh, parting company at the bypass.

Be a chance to get the feel of the bikes, and to see any difference (both of us had VFR800's before) so it'll be a reasonably gentle run.

Feel free to join us. Weather permitting of course.

I might be up for that FF. But it all depends on work, I'll let you know nearer the time.

Should be interesting I've never been to Central Scottlan before. :-D

I could be up for that, just got the bike back from 24k service today after long winter in hibernation, so I could do with a decent run. What's the route down to Moffat?

Would love to join you, but tied up on 1st & most other Weekends in April/May  Just when I want to be out pressure of work keeps me tied to the desk, same most spring times, at least I can keep the wheels turning on the commute & in the evenings now the clocks have changed.

Would normally take the A701 from Edinburgh by-pass, skipping the centre of Penicuik though.

Weather's not looking too promising, I'll post an update on plans etc later today/tomorrow.

Did I really type Scottlan ???? Did have the flu mind....
