Chris,

I think it was 'Robbie's bike that had them fitted. Check out his album in the members photo albums.

Hope this helps ?

Jim

I think Robbie's are BMW.
Send him a PM to find out for sure.

Chris,
Here's a shot of Robbies handguard I took on the Yahoo run in North Wales back in 2004.
Hope this helps.

There's a tiger 900i for sale on e-bay (UK) at the moment - pictures show acerbis hand guards. Try link below.
Andre.

acerbis guards suck, get some cycra's if you want any real crash protection.

here's mine with derlin supermoto bar sliders on the ends...

the acerbis guards on my drz couldn't even take an impact without getting all twisted out of place exposing my had to big nasty rocks. i've drop my tiger at low speeds about 4 times now with these guards in mud, dirt/gravel, and pavement. so far no damage to the bike or my hands.

on mine i did chop my lever ball things off, but i regret that, i think they could be make to fit maybe grinding off half of the balls. (sounds painful tho).

anyway that's my opinion. i will never buy another acerbis handguard.

My Acerbis guards on my '96 have taken a couple major hits and they didn't twist out of place or expose my hands to any sort of risk. But they definitely bent a little...and after just one year they're all faded and look like *****.

Those Cycra's look nice! Did you use the 'handlebar mount' style?
