What did you do to your Tiger today

As seen on another forums...
Tell us what you did to your Tiger today.....

Got the front pads out this morning, cleaned the brake callipers and bobbins on the front brake rotors with a brake cleaner spray,
Cooper slipped the back of the pads,
No More Brake squeak,

We have that in a different section.

http://www.triumphrat.net/tiger-800-...ger-today.html

You may even find one in the section for each generation of Tiger.

Installed R&G Racing sliders from Twistedthrottle for the front and rear axles as well as the engine cases. Hope for the best, plan for the worst.....

Now I can use a paddock stand to lubricate the chain.

Did you already sell off the Triumph panniers and remove all the fixings? Adding something else soon?

I purchased a set of the black anodized TRAX aluminum bags with the SW Motech quick-release mounts.

I don't plan on putting them on right away as I'm getting it ready for track days first. I'll sell the OEM bags off on eBay later. My V-Strom has Jesse bags so I can use that as required..

Pretty cool. I remember putting my 2000 Sprint RS (the one on my avatar) into the back of the 2003 Chevy Express G1500 van I had bought for my photo business. I took it down to Peter Kates and left it there while he worked his magic.

Once it was done, I soon after had rented the track and held a "Triumph Track Day" up there in Loudon. When I traveled up, I had two bikes in the van (along with all my photo business stuff) and was hauling my new trailer with 3 bikes on it.

Good times. I'm sure you'll love the work he does and how it can truly transform an OK bike into something special. Nowhere does that become more evident than Turn 3 at NHMS.

Went on a Sunday morning breakfast run with 3 buddies (a Tiger 800, a Fireblade, an MV Brutale R1090 & my T1050) and they bought me breakfast cos it was my birthday last week .

So what did I do to it? I thrashed it !

Whoever speced the rear shock on a Tiger 1050 hates people....

I went with the 8975 product with high and low speed damping adjustments, rather than the 8983 on my SV650.
