I WISH!
You'd be amazed how little it takes to survive a 20 mile stretch at these temps. I'm using a Joe Rocket adventure type jacket that I wear year round with a lined shammy, t-shirt, and thermal undershirt. Bandanna to protect neck and chin, along with stop airflow around the collar. I have an extra pair of jeans one size too big, thermal underpants (only worn below 20f) and my regular year 'round Alpinstars waterproof boots. Down to 25f I wear Alpinstars wet weather gloves, below that I go over to a pair of goretex snowmobile gloves.
That said, at 12f, it my work was 25 miles away instead of 20, the game would change drastically. My fingertips suffer the last 5 miles when at my record of 6f.

At those temps, I can feel the difference in one or two degrees and am hoping the much better heated grips and handguards of the 800 over my Ninja are going to allow me to push a little further.
