Is it just me or are there no helmet hangars on the Tigers like on most other bikes???

I have the Triumph side cases that fit one full face in the left side, but I then have no where for my helmet when the misses is with me.

Thanks for the help.

You're quite right...there are no helmet hangers on the Tiger.
Although you could always hang 'em on the mirrors if you can cope with dead flies sticking to the insides...

That's that pretty useless right hand pannier for you. Hang it on the rear foot peg!.

You may also want to consider the Bar Ender helmet locks. They are basically bar end weights that are secured with a key.

It may work, IF:
You are using helmets with standar D-Rings
You do not have hand guards, or don't care about them

I have been told the hand guard mounts interfere with the bar enders, but I don't have the hand guards so I can't say..

You should be able to find them at www.barender.com

My friend has them installed on an older Suzuki. He loves them.

When you are not actively using them Thunderbike crash bars make for good hangers of helmets, laundry, small children, etc.

A small padlock under the seat can be used to secure the 2nd helmet through its D ring to the bike frame and then simply replace the seat.

Great solution Adler. Why didn't I think of that!

The simplest solutions are always the best.

Many thanks,

I keep a a re-useable cable tie under the seat for the helmet.

Its always round the frame, and i just slip the D-rings onto it.

Its strong enough to resist a real good tug, and that sets the alarm off anyhow.

No-one can tell that its not on a helmet hanger, and whos gonna pull hard enough to break a cable-tie?

I bought a set of hangers, small and efficient.
One mounted on my side next to passenger peg and one on wife's side next to other passenger peg.
They lock , are out of the way, and best of all
...it freed up my luggage boxes.
email if need a pic and brand,
They were $14 each...
