Aloha, I have a 2000 Tiger. the VIN number is in the higher set for the split when ordering parts. Can any other owners of that production run who have their owners manual take a peak at it and get the Triumph part number from it. Know it's silly, but I'm a Triumph x 2 owner.

Also, did Haynes do a service manual that covers this model. I'll be getting the Triumph manual as well which refers one to the Owner's manual for details.

Mahalo (TIA) :-g

Ooops,
Forgot the Haynes manual bit.

Yes they do a manual, it is called 'Triumph Daytona,Speed Triple, Sprint & Tiger Fuel injected triples '97 - '00.

The ISBN number is 1 85960 755 1

Not bad for most things, but the Triumph manual is probably better if you are doing anything to the engine beyond service maintenance.

Mahalo (thanks) Jim,

BTW, my dealer got a replacement latch for the hardbags as part of the purchase. I've got it installed and all's well for the moment.
