Talking New Tiger.. Have a few Questions

Yesterday I traded my 08 Versys for a left over 08 Tiger. I am thrilled about my purchase. I have a few questions though mainly about using a paddock stand and the use of a center stand...

On my Versys I bought a T-Rex front and rear stand and used the stand with 10mm spools... easy. As for the Tiger I cannot see a way of lifting the bike using a rear stand. The Back brake is mounted under the rear swingarm on one side, and I cannot use the the rubber coated part of the stand to go under the swingarm.

I thought about putting a rod through the rear axle to use with the stand.. However, I'm afraid I'd ruin the axle. As for a center stand.. I was thinking about the SW-motech center stand... Can tires be changed using a center stand? All comments are appreciated.

I've changed both with the stock Triumph center stand.

I've got sliders/bobbins on mine that are attached to a spindle that passes through the rear axle. Works well.

I think they're R&G spindle sliders.

Other Motorcycle: there are others?
Extra Motorcycle: 98 Sprint "pieces".......
stock rocks

I have used the stock center stand on both my '05 Tiger and 98 Sprint. For everything from tires (front & Rear) to complete engine tear down and rebuild (Sprint) and it worked excellent on both. Why reinvent the wheel? Just roll.
