I'm gradually piecing together a gently crashed '99 tiger that lost its left-side bag. A friend of mine is going to a huge motorcycle swap meet and said he would look for the bag I need if I could provide him with photos of what it looks like. My first question is 'for which model years are the side bags identical to those offered for the '99 tiger?' My suspicion is that '99-'04 would all be the same, but I don't know for sure. Second, I need a photo or two of a left-side hard bag for any model year for which the side bags are interchangeable with the '99. The main issue is the mechanism by which the inside of the bag attaches to the mounting bracket. I've never seen the mounting side of a left bag and would like my friend to have a really good photo of one to ensure that he doesn't get an incompatible one. (I expect the cost of a used bag will be nontrivial.) So, would anyone be so kind as to take a snapshot of their bag for me?
