Just thinking of planning a last minute run to England for the day :-)

Hartside is on the menu for a mug of tea or two, then over to Keswick, Borrowdale and back up the M6/74zzzz for a stress free return home.

Or maybe the run down to Middleton in Teesdale and back from Alston.

Anyone interested in popping along ? If we do go I'll say we'll not leave Hartside until 2.

Look out for a Roulette green 955i with a big scrape down the right hand side of the tank, and possibly a bright orange KLV/VStrom thing.

Won't be back in the forum so, see you if we see you.

Sorry, no can do I'm at work and the boss says I can't take a Fire Engine to Hartside - Spoil Sport

It would be good to get a Northern Tiger Run in before the year is out though ??

Firstly the day gets changed to Sunday from Saturday, then on Saturday morning the battery is near flat, a run to the local Triumph dealer does nothing to perk it up and I end up getting a jump start to get home.

And on closer inspection there are cracks in my front tyre, on the right side only so a new set of tyres needed.

The only thing I did on the bike was take teh battery out to charge it.
