Looks like the weather gods are not smiling down on us this weekend. The forecast for the South East is Snow, snow and more snow.....oh and bloody freezing cold!

So unless there is a major turn around in the weather, i will not be demonstrating ice speedway round the M25 on Sunday!

Shame, but if anybody can get there, the run is still on in Swindon, meet place as planned

Roll on Spring!

but low oh great ones i have sacrificed a lamb and bugg"£d a virgin (or is it the other way round?) and have arranged much nicer weather. It will therefore pist down with rain all day and the salt of the earth wil be washed into the drains where all those who ride lesser machines will perish. Either that or I'll freeze me chads orf.

Sorry guys, bit I aint gonna make it on this one, (I might be daft but I'm not stupid) :razz:
The weather is just too hazardous for such a long trip.
Maybe next time. I am sooooo dissapointed.
For the rest of you that do make it, if you're near The Bear in Hungerford have a drink on me (soft ones only). :-g :-g :-g

No doubt that others are more qualified to comment than I, but twas a great ride with superb ( if bloody cold) weather. My thanks to the regular crew for organising it, and greetings and cheers to all. :-D

Apologies all round
Went for a ride on Saturday with Freddy as a shake down for a new bracket for the GPS and to test out if I had fixed the heated jacket for an early start Sunday.
The return trip in the dark at –2C convinced me that it was not a good idea but that doesn’t stop me normally. Saturday night at a friends it seamed like a good idea to sample some very nice Shiraz and Cab, hence Sunday 6.00 am when the alarm woke me the phrase “F that for a game of soldiers” passed my lips and I rolled over.
