I found these latch assemblies:
http://parts.crosscountrycycle.net/p.../T9500549.html

So, if I remove the latch assemblies that came with the Givi Trekker and replace them with these OEM assemblies, I "should" be able to use the 2 spare key cylinders. Has anyone done this before with success?

That is what I'm thinking, yes. But Zepper is the guy to really ask but he doesn't seem to be keeping this thread updated. Maybe shoot him a private message?

I think these are the part numbers you need.
LH pannier T9500549
RH Pannier T9500550
Topbox all sizes of Outback T9500579

Seems like they know there is a high demand for them at $65 each! I think they're trying to get people to lean toward the Triumph branded luggage once you factor in $200 for 3 lock assemblies.

I shouldn't need new lock assemblies. My XRx came with three extra ones

I didn't mean lock cylinders, I meant 3 Triumph latch/lock assemblies. You'd need 3 latches if you had Givi branded panniers and a top box.

Sorry for the late response fellas. My latch assembly is in but I haven't been able to pick it up (Moto GP in Austin). Hopefully tomorrow.

Triumph latch installed on my 58L Givi Outback Trekker topcase. 5mins easy breezy, I didn't even take the bag off the bike! Ignition key now works on all 3 bags. Invoice shows part number T9500579, but double check that with your LBS.
