Ha ha funny. No taller than getting the Rox risers. Just looks better, more stock.

I thought of risers, but without the windshield the slight forward lean is about right to combat the windblast.

Bar Risers

I too have a disc problem als and my roadie riding position really agravates it unless I am in the twisties. Guess I should just ride the twisties. Anyway I did some research and seems adding Xc risers or 20mm ones available on the net is just not enough of a difference, so I ran across several comments on the ROZ risers which are adjustable. They are listed as 2 inches higher, however if rotated back you can adjust them your needs. Just installed them last night. All cables are fine, but I took the clamp off the front brake cable which is under the top yoke and remounted it below its rubber sleeve on the cable. Maybe some day I'll get a stainless steel brake line a little longer just to be extra safe. Will let you know how these work out after some miles, for now they seem like a big improvement.

I thought these were black stainless lines. They certainly don't look like traditional rubber lines.

Roz Risers

Techno,
what part number did you get? I wanted to add some height to the bars, and maybe back a bit..

Thanks
Tom

I had tried XC risers but the improvement wasn't enough. Have ordered this yesterday:

Clear Anodized 2" Rise x 1 1/8" Stem Clamp x 1 1/8" Handlebar Dual Sport Pivoting Risers (1R-P2PPA)

from Rox.

I've fitted the SW Motech 20mm risers and just completed 1500 mile trip around the Scottish Highlands (in brilliant sunny weather !). The risers are a definite improvement for me, although there is now more win blast off the screen. More experimenting to follow..

Anti-vibration risers?

Has anyone here tried the anti-vibration risers available from RoxspeedFX.com? I was hoping that they would solve two problems in one.

I have them on my roadie along with 20mm risers and this setup works perfect for me. I also run the seat in the low position and the Triumph tall windscreen.

Jim,

Do you think that the anti-vibration function make a substantial difference? I notice it mostly at highway speeds through the bars and footpegs. I haven't made any long trips with mine, but I think that it would be fatiguing for trips longer than an hour.
