Looking for all Tiger 1050 Models
I am a representative for Galfer Performance Braking Systems (USA); I work in the tech support department as well as the R&D department. We are currently looking for all models of the Tiger 1050 to do mock ups with so that we can produce Galfer brake lines. If you own a Tiger 1050 and happen to be local, we are offering up a free set of Galfer Brake lines for your bike. For more information please e-mail me at tech-support@galferusa.com or give us a call (1-800-685-6633) I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Hmmm, since they come with braided stainless, why? Not going to be much of a market for them, I think.

We actually have had quite a few requests for a line kit for this bike, hence this post. And while you are correct that it does in fact come stock with Stainless Steel lines, our lines offer a significantly noticeable difference in performance, as well as color options and such. Same with Ducati, they have stock stainless steel lines and we make line kits for them as well. I guess people just like having options

Also folks with abs would like the option of a longer brake line set to accommodate higher risers. Thanks for working this up!

Aha! Bar risers didn't occur to me. Well done then, Galfer!

What do you consider local?
I'm in Northern California, near Sacramento. Is that local enough? I have an 07.

Extending the line length to accommodate risers would certainly be an option, once we get the bike in-house to do a mock up and we make a part number for the lines. When ordering the lines, you would let the sales rep know you have a riser and how much longer you need the line to be and we will custom make the line to adapt.

If you were willing to make the ride down here and chill for a few days then yes
We are located at:
310 Irving Dr.
Oxnard, Ca 93030
Unfortunately we only do pick-ups as far as 30 miles out.
