Yes we heard on the grapevine some of you guys were having problems so i have popped on to give you some info.
Inspector Tom: Sorry if you felt mucked about by anybody our end i assure you this was unintentional and we would never turn away business! The promotional offer we had on earlier this year was a big event for us and it is possible that some inquiry's got lost and for that i can only apologize. Prices can vary because of different bike fitments and spec's on our wheel sets, but we will always try to accommodate any special requirements you might have. The Tiger 1050 SE is a bike that we would of had to spec at the time which may also explain the delay.
Sim1050: Yes we are a small team currently, and growing back in to the size company we were before is going to take time and support from the fans and loyal customers we have had over the years, but we are focusing on being able to offer the best selection of bikes at the quality Dymag are renown for.
With the USA we have now agreed a distribution deal with Skip from Orient Express
www.orientexpress.com who will now deal with all USA based inquires and sales. We did have a distributor in the US prior to this but we parted ways a few months ago mutually, and we are over the moon to announce our new partnership with Orient Express.
I hope this helps some what and please feel free to ask any questions
Tom
