Urgent Help With a Purchase Price

Just saw a 2010 ABS with 4K miles. Bike has custom paint job, powder coated (shocks, controls, etc.), quick release saddlebags, quick release screen and hogslayer pipes. What's the most you would pay for this?

Are u sure that's custom paint? Looks like a plain old black factory paint with the tank badges removed.

Still tho.. it looks nice. But it is a 2010. That 7 years old now. I'd bet $7000-7500 is a fair price. Below $7000 is a great price.

It's a two tone (metallic black and gray). Chrome has been powder coated black. Here's photo with the bags and windshield.

$7000 if pristine condition but aim for $6500

There's another one I was looking at. It's $1500 less. The problem is it has no saddlebags, no windshield, no pipes, no ABS and has 15,000 miles. That's not to mention the custom paint. Here's my math as to what accessories would cost me:
Quick release saddlebags: $500
Quick release windshield: $400
Pipes: $600 (installed)
That's the $1500 without ABS, custom paint or the 9,000 lower miles.

You can spend a lot or not so much on saddlebags. I bought the Triumph QR shield but only randomly use in cold weather so for me, not a great investment. The hogslayers are the only thing I would consider paying "up" for as they are a nice upgrade.

I would not add value for custom paint but just one man's opinion.

Considering the pipes and other upgrades, would you go to $7,500?
