I saw the matt graphite at my dealer 3 weeks ago. Beautiful bike. I was going to buy it on the spot if I could hear it run. I was totally unfamiliar with the t bird. I currently ride a scrambler. They didn't have a t bird that was running. Called a week later and got within a hundred dollars of signing the deal. I'm still lusting but really haven't ridden a cruiser before. I would keep the scrambler either way.

Unless you need more power, in which case get a Rocket, buy the T-Bird! It handles great, has great ABS brakes, is very comfortable, super smooth, and has good power. The only possible drawback is that it weighs 750 lbs.

I don't mind the weight. I just wish there were more available engine mods (cams) to push that weight a little harder. Don't get me wrong...it has good power....I would just like a little (or big) bump

The power is plenty for me at 5'7" and 180 lbs, I had a Suzuki SV1000S before I switched to my first cruiser and the torque on this thing is just brutal. Maybe if I had a regular T-bird i'd be looking for more power but with the Short TORS, air filter, and tune, the Storm runs like a raped ape.

The next step up is Rocket for more power but that thing is just such a huge beast I think I'd get lost in the bike, don't know how well it would "fit me", and plus the Storm handles so gracefully for its size.

The blue marble haze, a new color for 2014, is IMO even more stunning...had this color been around last year when I picked up my blue-with-white-stripe I may have been paralyzed with indecision as it is gorgeous:
