First of all, don't worry too much right now, as the bike will smooth out a good bit as you put miles on it. Plus i have Tbars after using stock bars for 6000 miles and i didn't notice any difference. In fact, if anything there may be less because the stock bars are longer and thinner and should be more prone to amplifying vibrations. give it some time. I understand th carpel tunnel things and i'm sorry to hear that. But give it a few miles and see what happens.

If you feel it still could be smoother for you, a guy here (birdy) had his dealer install iridium plugs in his. they don't make them in the proper heat range, but the ones they installed seem to be fine according to him. I mention this because i used NGK iridiums in my speedmaster and it smoothed the engine so much that my blurry aftermarket mirrors literally improved probably 75%. Went from cars looking like blurry blobs in the mirrors to being able to tell what make and model they were.

Unfortunately bar snakes and other such vibe limiters probably aren't possible with the triumph bars due to the sealed ends. Tho there is a hole in them for the end caps and possibly another larger hole, i forget. But you may be able to fill them with those dampening beads or whatever that stuff is....sand maybe...do a google search. But i think in a few thousand miles you may be ok with it. Mine smoothed out quite a bit. Good luck with the hands too.

160 is nothing. When new this model vibrates more and makes all kinds of rattling sounds. Once it breaks in well enough it all gets better. i can't say how long it took, but i'm guessing 3-4k.
