I traded my Honda in for a Thunderbird....

Damn nice bike....Yes I have only 13 miles on it BUT....Im very impressed already....night and day different from the Shadow.

I had a problem with the cost for the windscreen and on a hunch fitted mine from the Shadow....believe it or not it fits and looks pretty damn good...

I know some of you might criticize my frugal ways....but it sure saved my about 600 bucks!!

I think those shadows make a good little commuter bike. For what they are i think they're great. But when it comes to quality, class, performance, your new bike is about as good as it gets. wait till you get a whiff of how that baby handles....thats what will really blow your mind ! take it to some twisties asap !

How is it mounted? Clamps on the fork? Do send some better pics when you have them. It would be very cool if I could try venting one of these screens instead of drilling out the far mor pricey factory screen.

I will get some better pics posted for you...This one makes it look like it's set further out than it is...

I know it doesnt look quite as good as the factory one but it didnt cost me $600 bucks either....
