Talking Lower Wind Deflector

Any one have the lower wind deflectors and how well do the work? Do they keep the wind off your legs?

Lowers are for helping to limit screen buffeting. They do not keep wind, ect. off the lower body to any noticeable degree.

Don't have an issue with windshield buffeting. With the wider tank I find it harder to keep my legs held against the tank with the wind pushing on them.

I have the lowers on mine and they made little difference in the buffeting on the Roadster (tall) screen. I about to break down for a Windvest at this point. I never had any issues with wind on my legs, as mentioned, this is not what they were designed for.

Got my lowers on this week. I'd say there is definately less wind around my legs and maybe a slighly less buffeting.

What I did notice however, is that the splatter from my leaking coolant gasket (which I am getting fixed) changed from making a big sputtering mess, to a cleaner dripping. That tells me there is less turbulance passing around the engine.

So rush out and get a set if you are waiting on a fix from triumph for a leaky thermostat gasket. LOL! I'm kidding!
