how to make adjustments to the windscreen?

after reading and rereading the windscreen thread, we need a new startover.

I notice that my brackets have three or four mounting holes. and wonder has anyone else adjsuted these to change the angle of the screens? I finally took the whole thing off, then just placed it (wedged it) setting on the headlight and braced abgainst the pins (not locked on) for a flatter frontal angle. it raised relative to my head 2-3 inches, and was firm but not really attached... it did eliminate the eyeball wobble up to 65 mph, and I did not really want to trust it beyond that speed without firmer support. but got me to look at the whole mounting system for opportunity.

three extra small holes on bottom brackets, and a chance to mount there... has anyone tried all these?

next step would be to redrill the plastic and raise it as well as tilt up for less of a slope angle.

I am 6 foot, 32 levis inseam,a nd 35 inch arms. the tall screen is HORRIBLE.

I tried mounting the windscreen using the back holes. I went and purchased the right-sized bolts and moved the brackets to the back hole, but the windscreen will not mount there - something gets in the way (can't remember what, but it wasn't an issue that has a resolution).

Someone else mentioned that the back holes are for the lowers.

Define horrible. I'm only 5'8" and it seems to me that the tall screen is actually an inche or two short. I've been emailing Mark at Calsci about it, he wants me to send him some photos of me sitting on the bike. No doubt that if we as a group make enough noise, we can convince him to make us a perfect screen that doesn't buffet!
