Throttle-less start

It was a beautiful sunny-cool day here in southern BC today and I was taking advantage of the few good riding days we have left before the snow. I am enjoying this bike more and more each time I ride it. The sound, feel, handling.......torque.

Just for fun (and I realize this has no significance towards anything) I thought I'd try starting on a flat with absolutely no throttle.....straight off idle. I thought for sure it would stall. I let out the clutch slowly and to my surprise I did it first time no problem. Good torque ideed.

Then I proceeded to drag my pegs all the way home. Just like Thatch. What a great ride.

It's cold and rainy here, so thanks for the virtual ride. I can't complain though there will be more days during the winter months here that I can ride when you won't be able too. Enjoy while you can.
