hi, from the sierra foothills

hi, new to triumphs. i've been street riding since '98 or so and have always had japanese bikes, cl175, cb650 and an sv650. i'm just about to pick up a street triple.

i also have a '70 comando but it's been a basket case the entire time i've owned it so i cant say ive riden it.

not sure what else to say. if anyone know of any riding clubs in my area i'd be open to going for a club ride.

Welcome aboard!

Not a club per say, but there are a number of us in the Sacramento area. Sadly, with the weather just turning the last couple days I think we've pretty much run out of 'season' for the rest of the year, unless you want to come ride the flat (aka boring) lands.

thanks for the welcome

there are still a few decent roads up here that have not been sanded during the past couple storms.

the rain, that's another issue.

defuse,

Fitzpatrick is just around the corner from my house. there is a new pub at the intersection of Fair Play rd and perry creek rd. if you are into fish and chips and/or beer from the UK, you may want to check it out.

look me up the next time you're planning to ride around here.
