Just picked up a 2000 Daytona 955i with 9000 miles and in mint condition. Looking to absorb some of the collective wisdom on this site. I'm not sure the GS will get much love after some "spirited" rides on the Dayton (I'll keep it around for the dirt roads...)

Thanks in advance!

Hi Joe,

Welcome to how the other half lives. That's a nice combination of bikes you have there. I had a 450 EXC and loved the thing.

Welcome!

Fair warning, you'll soon become addicted to the Triumph triple's power, smoothness and torque curve and want to exchange that F800GS for a new Triumph Tiger 800XC for those great dirt roads you have up there in the Northest Kingdom.
