reading post today I joined after reading "age of a speedmaster rider"
55 yrs old started riding at 15 stopped at 25 married 2 kids started again when my son bought a used ,82 450 honda 7 yrs ago, I restored the old yamaha ,74 RD350 and purchased an 82 650GL suzuki when my wife advised 1 butt 1 bike....I now have my 2003 speedmaster my sons MSC instructor was a friend I taught 37 years ago.....ride April to Nov rain or shine 15-17000 klm a season now.

Welcome Triumphbrian that's an impressive history. Fortunately I've managed to keep biking through a couple of marriages and kids but I don't do the sort of mileage you're doing. Shame on me
