Yes, that list is my current bikes. There's alot of traffic in parts of Jersey, but plenty of great places to ride (mountains, the shore, farm lands), and NYC isn't too far away.
As far as weather, it does get cold with snow in the winter, but there's a large group of us that ride every weekend throughout the cold months. last weekend was the final winter ride down to Cape May (the southernmost tip of the shore). I've got a full set of Gerbing heated clothing (jacket, pants, socks and gloves) for the extreme cold.
