Traded the rocket in today...

On a leftover 07 BMW K1200S. Froze my ballz off riding the rocket there and the bmw back...here is a pic of what mine looks like. I love the paint! I'll miss the rocket but this BMW is pretty nice as well!

Nice looking bike, hope you have a good dealer network, that is the main complaint against BMW's, Triumph isn't that far behind.

Just remember NOT to wave at other riders you pass. It's a BMW thing (they learned from emulating the H-D guys)

Good luck with the new bike...they're beauties!!! Too bad you couldn't keep both.

Thumbs up

Very nice machine. My brother has I believe the K1200ST which is very similar, but has the hard bags, etc for sport touring. It rides great and is quite fast. Enjoy it.

BMW's are beautiful bikes. Was the Rocket too big of a bike for you or was there something you didn't like?

I loved my Rocket! Especially the way I had mine set up with pipes/tuneboy/intake etc etc. As a matter of fact when I was riding it to the dealer to trade it in I nearly turned around I was having so much fun. But the BMW suits my needs and riding style a little better than the rocket...especially around the curves.
