Five Star Dealers*****

I'm in the process of trying put together a dependable dealer locator. Most of us realise they're far and few between.I have a list of every dealer in every state but i am trying to avoid the ones that are problematic. So far I'm happy with my dealer,he has sent all his mechanics back to school for the Rocket. Armands Power Sport,Halifax, Massachusetts... phone 781-294-1645.If any of you know of ones that stand out above the rest i'd appreciate you posting them. I'm planning a x-country trip on the Rocket ...Thanks Rick

I can say nothing but good things about southern powersports in chattanooga. mike vaughn, betty behind the counter, les in service, all of the people there are riders, and treat customers well. They have the best prices in the country on new bikes.

On the other hand, castle powersports in madison tn.(nashville) has never treated me well. has tried to rip me off every time i went in there, and succeeded a couple of times. I have no problem with the techs that turn the wrenches, but the managers have really lost my trust and respect.

I am in Pittsburgh PA and I use European Cycle of Pittsburgh use to be Triumph/BMW/Ducati of Pittsburgh. I have no complaint about the work just not always the best to talk on the phone with they are a young group of mechanics.

Palm Beach Triumph, located in Boynton Beach, Florida. Their mechanic (Charlie) is one of the best I have ever seen.
