Does anybody know of a good cruise control for the Rocket? Let me know

I think you have a couple of options. Throttlemaster has a handlebar mount friction control (that I use and recommend). Others have a move advanced electronic version that disconnects upon braking.

I have a friction control that I really like. I got mine from a guy in Sturgis this year who put it on but is easy to do yourself. His web site is

Cost was about $100. Very nice guy. I like it for long trips. I also use a throttle rocker for short trips and around town.

Let me know how the AUDIOVOX installs etc. I read somebody had to make vacuum oput of pvc to make it work so let me know.

I have got an Audiovox unit on my Yamaha FZ1 and it does not have a vacuum reservoir and works well.

The key thing is to install vacuum check valves on the vacuum lines.
