Tps Sensor

Can someone tell Me if you can test sensor? My engine won't idle down at times in 2nd or 3rd and never idles as fast as it should .Most of the time it idles about 5-550 also surges in 2nd or 3rd Thanks

What is the standard idle speed of the R3? My 2006 idles between 8 and 900 rpm. Would like some input if possible.

Idle on the new tunes is set at 820. If you have tuneboy you can use the reset ISCV feature to set the TPS voltage. If you don't this is a good guide. http://www.triumphrat.net/the-rocket...highlight=idle

I have used the process at the above link for over two years..Its not as complicated as It seems,and works great..You might have to stay with the throttle for 30 seconds on a cold morning but I can handle that.. Jack
