It was a little hard for me to see since the pics were a bit small but I liked it until the JD filters.

Looks pretty clean. How do you like the Jardines?

Smile

I like them okay...bout a "7" out of ten...fitting them is just short of a nightmare, the rearmost cylinder heat shield fits like crap (and looks it), and the clamp they saw fit to provide for the crossover is ludicrously wimpy...like a burly hose clamp...and went into a coffee can to be replaced by a real 2" auto exhaust clamp after one attempt at fitting it...keep in mind, the stock exhaust pipes each have two mounting points after the collector, as they mount on metal brackets - the new system mounts at only one point post-collector - and that is shared with with the rear footpegs AND the triangular chrome covers...lot of stuff to stuff under one bolt. Not so bad on the exhaust side pipe - it can't pivot because it's wedged into the collector - but the crossover can pivot up and down to it's hearts content unless it's limited by the pinch-force of the exhaust crossover clamp. Makes it a bit tricky to seal. Barring all that - once I DID get them fitted I liked them very much. The sound at idle is the best - very low and fairly loud...not straight pipe loud though...more like "screaming eagle loud" if you are familiar....I know I wont be the first guy pulled over anyways....performance is there - with the K&N mod i went from 119.06 to 146.45 in a single day on the samwe dyno - and that was before fine-tuning...(I'm broke now so that will have to wait) I just wanted to make sure i wasn't dangerously lean anywhere....I'm using Wayne's Jardine/3pods tune atm...although i am open to any better tunes that may be floating around ...specially for removing decel popping...

scares my wife, you know....
