Throttle body sync

Is it possible to sync the throttle bodies at home ?. The manual says use the diagnostic tool, I have a set of sync gauges and the Tuneboy software. Any workaround here ?.

I don't have the experience to answer your question, but I am curious as to how you know the throttle bodies are out of sync? I can't tell from your question if you are looking for greater performance or attempting to fix a problem.

I don't think the gauges will help. Tuneboy diagnostics will give you the readings not sure but from reading the service manual I think you need the Triumph tool to actually sync them.

Nope she's running fine, just doing a DIY 20k service and thats all left on the list, its more for the next time the valves are done and will probably need it then (if they are adjusted).

As for adjusting them, there is a balancer screw between each body on the throttle linkage. I'll check the Tuneboy readings and see if they need playing with. Thanks !
