Followed the above instructions, but I don't see a "Group Membership Tab" so my process stalled there. Did I miss something? Got to go to work now but will check back in later to see if you had another suggestion. Thanks-Ken B.

Pig9r--You're a genius!!!! And, your were right that I was already logged on as the Administrator. I followed your directions precisely in step 2 (XP) and it worked on one of my computers. So, thanks to you I am now in business.

For some strange reason, it did not work on the other computer and here's what happened there; I got to the part where I could enter regsvr32 tuneboycontrol.dll and the pop up box said "DllRegisterServer in tuneboycontrol.dll failed return code was :0x80020009"
Now, I know I'm getting greedy but any idea what happened there? Thanks so much for taking the time to help me out. --Ken B.

It's interesting that you say that because he wasn't a bit helpful directly to me. He never answered most of my e-mails at all and the few suggestions he did give me were useless. Based on your comment above, I am going to try to forget all that and give him as much credit as I can possibly muster. Don't take it personally. It was obviously a major problem that affected everyone in the world (with Tuneboy).
