And, your were right that I was already logged on as the Administrator. I followed your directions precisely in step 2 (XP) and it worked on one of my computers. So, thanks to you I am now in business.
For some strange reason, it did not work on the other computer and here's what happened there; I got to the part where I could enter regsvr32 tuneboycontrol.dll and the pop up box said "DllRegisterServer in tuneboycontrol.dll failed return code was :0x80020009"
Now, I know I'm getting greedy but any idea what happened there? Thanks so much for taking the time to help me out. --Ken B.
