Any Ideas for a taller backrest?

Captains,

I have a small issue with my current passenger setup.
I have a Corbin duel tourer with the Triumph tall sissy bar.
The wife complains that the backrest is not tall enough.
So, I've purchased the Corbin tall ovalback backrest.
The result is that that backrest is about 3/4 of an inch taller...which doesn't help much and makes the luggage rack look crappy without the sissy bar.
So, my question to you all is: Does anyone know of an aftermarket sissy bar that will fit the luggage rack in which is much taller than the Triumph tall sissy?

I'm currently investigating having the pad enlarged a few inches on three sides to address the issue.

But any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Luke

I think you are going to have to go custom to solve this problem with a custom sissy bar.

Agree on the crappy look of the tall back rest.

The needed part is more a nice looking trunk with backrest and arms than a larger backrest pad. Maybe Corbin is working on one to finish the look.

Heck the purchase of another Rocket for the wife is my second choice.

So your Corbin passenger back rest that goes in the passenger slot in the Corbin seat isn't high enough for your wife? Can't Corbin give you a longer post for the backrest?
