New front tire

The time has come to replace my stock front tire. Are most of you guys going back with the same tire or have you found a better one? Thanks for any advice!

I always get another Metzler, haven't seen any good reason to change brands. My front tires cup badly before the tread wears out and my main reason to change them is they get too noisy and the front wheel wobbles when I take my hands off the bar at low speed.

I've gotten 20,000 miles out of the front tire and have no complaints. I get half that out of the rear tire, and am on my third one at 23,000 miles. Since Metzler is the only company out there making a rear tire for us, I stick with Metzler on the front as well.

Thanks guys! This confirms what I thought but was curious about whether there was something better. I've ordered the ME880 and will put it on Friday. I got only about 8K miles on the first one but it did wear evenly and performed fine. Thanks again!
