Ordered up some parts from these people, anyone out there use them. How are they to deal with...! My heal toe shifter came back with the chrome heavily scratched. I get the feeling their an after market discount reject parts supplier...?? I paid $119.95 for this Rivco HTS and I nowsee Rivco charges $129.,I contacted them via e-mail with pictures of the damaged goods, letting them know i wasn't pleased with the product. All the other items seemed all right ...who needs the aggravation.....??

I'm sure others will speak up, but newbonneville.com is a pretty stand-up company and I'm sure will set you straight with your scratched up piece. I've only ordered a few things from them, but others on here have done alot of business with them and have had nothing but good things to say about their service.

I bought some Rivco engine guards from them and there was a chip out of the chrome. I contacted them the next day and they said they do not take returns and that I would have to contact the manufacturer.

I called Rivco and they said it sounded like the damage occurred in shipping and that I should contact newbonneville. I insisted where the chrome was chipped could not have happened in shipping and they agreed to take them back. I shipped them to Rivco today, out about $20 for shipping.

In the future I would only use newbonneville if I can't get one of the items directly from the manufacturer.

Went to my dealer today,he said they use Rivco..newbonneville..and turned me on to British customs.com. He had nothing but good things to say about NB. I just sent NB an e-mail and they probably won't get it till Monday, will see what happens...It just aggravates me when someone on the other end of a pre-paid order isn't paying attention to detail..this was the weekend i put aside to install the parts.....I better go have a couple of Margarita's. :-g

Triiick, The NewBonneville people are standup guys as TBSrider says, and although you are disappointed at getting a damaged piece, it is not really fair to be talking to Rivco and this forum about the problem even before you give NewBonneville the chance to make it right.

Well the verdict is in........I have to admit these people are a stand-up company. I e-mailed them pictures of the damaged goods and without any grief they sent out the new part. I wouldn't hesitate one bit to use them again in the future. Brent from newbonniville.com was real helpful in solving the problem and Holly from Rivco came threw with flying colors. :upthumb:

the only issue i've had with newbonne (newR3) is that they are slow as christmas and won't answer until i've sent at least three emails.

the first order my girlfriend sent sat on their desk until she asked where it was. they said they needed more money for shipping but never informed her.

the second, and perhaps the last, order never shipped and i was never informed without my asking. I had to cancel the order since i was leaving town.

i have not been favorably impressed with their service or communication.
