Captains,

I have the Corbin Duel Tourer seat with the Tall Sissy Bar / Luggage rack on my Rocket.
The wife tells me that the backrest pad is to low for her.
Does anyone know if there is an after market sissy bar that is taller than the tall Triumph sissy bar?

I think if I try installing the Corbin passenger back rest, the luggage rack will look like an afterthought.

Any information / opinions would be greatly appreciated!

Luke

I don't know what you would do there. I have the exact same set-up, and my wife says it hits her perfect. Maybe you could remove the pad from the backrest and fabricate a custom one that is a little taller?? I would think an upholstery shop could handle that. You shouldn't need more than and inch or two at the most.

Priority,

Thanks for the reply.

Does anyone have the Corbin Duel Tour seat with the Corbin Passenger backrest?

If so, do you have the Standard or Large Oval back?
I'm looking for a measurement from the top of the seat to the top of the backrest.

Measuring the setup that I have now only yields 9 inches or so. The Large Oval from Corbin says that it is 13 + inches tall...but is that from the mounting base to the top of the rest or from the bottom of the rest to the top of the rest?

Any measurements would be greatly appreciated.

i have the dual corbin seat and dual back rest. The baggage mount on the back does not look bad with this set up and my wife who is 5'9 says she has good back support.
