I installed Rivco risers today and got the throttle and clutch cables rerouted behind the triple tree. It was a pain, but I got the job done. The last thing I did was reattach the clutch cable to the lever on the bars and silver pivot on the engine. But the clutch lever is now loose and floppy. The silver pivot on the side of the engine is easy to turn with fingers, whereas when I took the cable off the pivot was very hard to turn.

Does anyone know what I screwed up here?

I got it figured out, or rather my brother in law got it. I had to really put some elbow grease into getting the clutch lifter would up. I took it for a ride and it works fine now.

I bet he likes the clutch better.

He should have called me first, that is before posting. I'm the brother-in-law :-D
