Someone at work suggested putting electrical tape on the bars, pouring gasoline into the grip, and sticking the grip on. The gasoline melts the tape. Don't start engine until gasoline evaporates.

griplock at any custom dealer or aftermarket. most bike shops carry it Three Bond Grip Glue, $7.99 at most shops. it is the best, i have used it for a long time and it comes with all Harley and most after market grips.
