I am still waiting to hear if anyone has knowledge on the R3 top end. I have spoken with a few riders of other bikes. they have utilized an air strip. They have boasted speeds in the 175-180 mph. :hammer:

Hard to believe since the R3 has rev and speed limiters. For the stock tunes, the speed limit is 135.5 mph and the rev limit is 6300. Exceeding the rev limit cuts the fuel. The only way to override these is by resetting them with Tuneboy.

Yes...a new picture would be nice. Closer up too! I bet its a "girl dog" to get that camera focused and smooth at that speed. How do you do it...I mean hold the throttle and deal with wind and camera?

145 indicated divided by 1.07 = 135.5.

The uncorrected speedo reads 7% high. If the uncorrected indicated speed is 145, the actual speed is 135.5: 145/1.07.
