I have found gauges from Dakota Digital. I am waiting to see if I can adapt their multi function gauge to the R3. One gauge to get Tank fuel level, amperage, oil temp and water temp. Has anyone else with the r3 attemped this? I like the idea of one small round gauge with all this info. I will post the information if it works. If anyone has done this let me know what sensors had to be used and where the attachments were made.
I still would like to know what the top end on a r-3 is. Has anyone hit 180? (on a track of course)
Thank you Lee
Oh and to my best friend don't worry I am not trying to go 180mph. :-D

Dakota gauges wrote: Round Performance Multifunction gauge will work with your Triumph Rocket III. I am assuming that you are looking at the HLY-3401 if so this will come with the Oil and Water sender, but requires the use of a Stock Harley Fuel sender. I have checked with our technicians and if you can find out the resistance of your stock fuel sender we can tell you if it will work or not.
Does anyone know if the idiot light for the fuel tank has a switch or sender? If it is a sender what is the resistance. Or what is the resistance on the sender for the triumph gauge? thanks lee
